LALÒ IMMERSIVE

Privacy Policy for LALÒ Immersive
Effective Date: 06/25/2025

At LALÒ Immersive, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our app. Please read this policy carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect personally identifiable information unless you explicitly provide it through voluntary actions (e.g., donations or feedback). However, to enable and improve your immersive experience, the app may process the following:

a. Non-Personal Information

  • Device Information: We may collect technical data such as device type, operating system version, language settings, and screen resolution.

  • Usage Data: This includes interactions with the app such as screen views, feature usage (e.g., immersive video playback, lyric translations), session duration, and navigation flow.

  • Analytics: Anonymous analytics may be used to improve user experience, such as identifying which features are most used.

b. Media Access

  • Local Video Access: The app may request access to your Photos app if you want to load local media (e.g., MV-HEVC videos). This access is local to your device and not transmitted to any external server.

  • Audio Playback: We use Apple’s AVFoundation and related frameworks for playback of immersive audio content, including spatial and stereo mixes. No audio is recorded or uploaded from your device.

c. Donations & External Links

If you choose to make a donation or buy concert tickets through external links, you may be redirected to third-party platforms. We do not store your payment or login information. Please review the respective privacy policies of those external platforms.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the app’s immersive features.

  • Improve and personalize the user experience.

  • Analyze app performance and usage trends.

  • Comply with legal obligations and App Store guidelines.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We may share aggregated and anonymized usage data with partners or service providers strictly for the purpose of improving the app’s performance and feature set.

4. Data Security

We implement Apple’s recommended security protocols and encryption standards to safeguard your data. No user-uploaded data is stored on our servers unless explicitly submitted for support or troubleshooting.

5. Children’s Privacy

LALÒ Immersive is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from minors.

6. User Controls

You can:

  • Disable local media access via your device’s settings.

  • Clear app data by deleting and reinstalling the app.

  • Contact us for data questions or removal requests.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves (e.g., when adding teaser content or features tied to VisionOS 2.6 updates). All changes will be reflected in this document and marked with a new “Effective Date.”

Papelle

Privacy Policy for Papelle
Effective Date: 10/03/2026

Overview

Papelle helps you make, open, and share personal cards. The app is designed to create and store cards on your device without an account with us. You choose whether to share a card through another app or service.

This policy explains the information the app uses, what happens when you share, and how to contact Paolo PV about privacy.

Cards and personal media

The app can use photos, short videos, supported Live Photo motion, written messages, drawings, stickers, expressive images, images you choose to create with Apple's Image Playground, and audio that you choose to add. It also stores design choices, editing information, and local library information needed to reopen your work.

Card creation, media preparation, and playback take place on your device. We do not operate a server that receives or stores your card contents. Using an Apple or third-party service to obtain an item or send a card is separate from this local processing. Two optional features are different, and you start each one yourself: the writing helper (Describe a Card, Help Me Write) runs on Apple's on-device language model, and Create Image uses Apple's Image Playground, which Apple may process with its Private Cloud Compute and which needs Apple Intelligence and may need an internet connection (see "Writing help and generated images").

The app stores created cards, received cards, and the media needed to display them in its local storage. It can also create temporary files and media previews while preparing, editing, or sharing a card. Local settings may remember your preferred section of the library, accompanying sharing-message choices, and the From name you last typed when sharing a card, so the next share can suggest it. The app does not fill in a From name from your contacts, Apple Account, or device name, and you can remove a remembered From name in Settings. Information about whether you opened a card is local and is not a read receipt sent to its author.

Photos and microphone permissions

You choose the photos and videos you add using system selection tools. A selected item stored in iCloud or another provider may need to download through that provider. Selecting an item does not mean the app has permission to browse your entire photo library.

When you choose to record a voice message, the app requests microphone permission. Recording is started by your action and visibly indicated. You can stop, review, discard, or use the recording. The app does not start recording when someone opens a card.

You can manage permissions in your device's Settings. Declining an optional permission does not prevent you from making a card with other supported content.

What happens when you share

Sharing prepares a copy of the card for the destination you select, such as Messages, AirDrop, Mail, or Files. That copy can contain the card's cover, inside message, selected media, rendered handwriting or stickers, and the sound needed to play the card. The destination may also receive the accompanying note you choose and an app-installation link when configured.

If you enter a From name when sharing, the shared copy contains that name exactly as you typed it, and the recipient's app shows it as the sender's name. We do not verify it, and it is not proof of who made or sent a card. A recipient can forward the card file; a forwarded copy keeps the original From name and does not add the name of the person forwarding it. A card shared without a From name shows no sender name.

A share preview may show the cover. Cover text and artwork are not secret from a person who can see that preview. The card's opening animation is a presentation effect, not encryption or an access-control system. A person with the card file may be able to inspect its contents or forward it.

The app prepares shared photographs using the chosen crop and removes unnecessary source metadata as part of its export process. This does not make the photograph, a voice, or text anonymous. Please review the card and accompanying note before sending.

We do not see, review, or moderate the cards made or received with the app; what a card contains is up to the person who made it. Your chosen destination controls its own transmission, storage, backups, and privacy practices. Sending a card does not give us access to your Messages conversations, address book, or the destination's delivery/read status. We do not provide a remotely revocable link to the card. Deleting or editing your original does not delete or change copies already shared.

Printing

When you choose Print Card, the app prepares the card's pages on your device and hands them to Apple's printing system through the system print interface. A printed page can include the card's photo or a still frame from its moving photo, its message, signature, handwriting and stickers, and, when the card file includes one, the sender's name. Your device finds printers and sends the pages to the printer you select; that printer, and any print service it uses, receives the pages. Paolo PVdoes not receive, store or see what you print, and printing adds no network connection of the app's own. The print job is named "Card", never your card's title, because printers and print queues can show job names to others. Printing does not include sound or recordings. A printed sheet is a physical copy outside the app: anyone who has it can read it.

For a card you received, Print Card is available only after you have opened it, so its inside is never printed before you reveal it. Cards you made yourself can be printed from your library at any time.

The app has no Export PDF option, but that does not stop copying. The system print interface is Apple's and may offer its own options, such as saving or sharing a PDF, and a card on screen or on paper can be photographed, captured, copied or scanned. The app does not claim to prevent this.

Writing help and generated images

The optional writing helper (Describe a Card and Help Me Write) uses the language model built into your device (Apple Intelligence, where available). When you ask for suggestions, the app gives that on-device model the words you typed, the message you asked it to change (for Help Me Write), and the names and descriptions of the designs in the app. Your request stays on the device for this feature: the app does not send it to us, to Apple's Private Cloud Compute, or to any other provider. The app does not give the model your photos, other cards, contacts, or messages; a photo you add in Describe a Card goes only into your new card. The app does not store or log your requests or the suggestions, and nothing is added to a card until you choose it. If the model isn't available, the app offers written suggestions instead.

Create Image is optional, appears only where Apple's Image Playground is available, and opens Apple's Image Playground only when you tap it. The app passes a short description of the card's occasion, and the photo already in your card only if you choose Create from Photo. That description, anything you type in Image Playground, and that photo are processed by Apple under Apple's terms and privacy policy and may leave your device for Apple's Private Cloud Compute; Image Playground may use the internet. We do not receive them. The image you choose is copied into your card on your device. Apple manages availability and any usage limits.

Siri, Shortcuts and Spotlight

Papelle offers actions you can use with Siri, the Shortcuts app and Spotlight: Make a Card, Describe a Card, Open Card, Edit Card, Browse Collection, Prepare Card to Share and Print Card. So you can pick a card, the app provides only safe card information: a card's title (for a card you received, the words on its cover), whether you made or received it, and its date. It never provides what is inside a card: not the message, signature, handwriting, photo, video, sound, the sender's name or other names people typed. Cards you made, and received cards you have opened, can appear in Spotlight by that title. Unopened received cards are not added to Spotlight, and deleting a card removes it. This search index is kept on your device by the operating system.

Opening, changing, sharing or printing one of your cards through these actions requires your device to be unlocked, and actions that make, change, share or print something ask you to confirm. The app never sends or prints a card by itself: Share opens the share options and Print opens the print options (for a card you received, only once you have opened it), and you choose what happens next. Words you give Describe a Card are used only to start that card; the app does not keep or log them.

Siri and Shortcuts are Apple services covered by Apple's own privacy policy, and the operating system may remember actions you use in order to suggest them; you can change this in your device's Settings. The operating system, not the app, stores shortcuts you create and may sync them with your account according to your settings.

Purchases

Optional design collections use Apple's in-app purchase system. The app processes the product and transaction information necessary to verify access and restore purchases. Apple handles payment processing. We do not receive your payment-card number through the app.

Purchase-related services can require an internet connection and are also governed by Apple's applicable policies. Receiving a card that uses a paid design does not require purchasing that design to open, hear or forward the received card, or to print it once you have opened it; creating new cards with that design requires the collection.

Previewing a collection design uses fixed sample content included with the app: no card is created, and the preview is not saved or sent. The app decides what you can create from the verified purchase records Apple provides on your device, and it never treats information inside a received card file as a purchase.

Support and diagnostics

When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, question, and attachments. We use it to respond and address the issue. Do not send a private card or recording unless it is necessary and you are comfortable sharing it with support.

The app does not include advertising or third-party behavioral analytics, and its own logs do not record your card text, names, prompts, photos or recordings. Apple or the operating system may process diagnostic and usage information according to your platform settings and Apple's policies. Any platform reports made available to us are used to maintain and improve the app, not to inspect your private cards. A support diagnostic export is shared only when you choose to send it; review the export before sharing.

We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate support records, and meet applicable obligations. You can contact us to request deletion of support information, subject to lawful retention requirements.

Storage, backups, and deletion

You can delete created and received cards in the app. Deletion removes the app-managed card and assets that are no longer needed by another card. Temporary files may persist until the app's cleanup process runs. This does not promise immediate forensic erasure of storage.

Depending on your device and account settings, operating-system backups or files you save elsewhere may contain your cards. Those copies are managed by the relevant platform or provider. Deleting the app, a local card, or an export does not remove a recipient's copy, an external file, or a previously created backup. Offloading an app can retain its data.

We cannot retrieve a local card from our servers because we do not operate a card-storage server. Keep your own backups of content that matters to you.

External pages and services

The app may open an App Store page, support page, privacy page, or other destination you select. Those providers may process connection information such as an IP address under their own policies. Opening a public policy page does not send your card contents to that page. If a printed folded card includes a small code and the line "Made with Papelle" on its back, the code links to the app's App Store page only; it carries no information about you, the sender or the card, no tracking identifier, and it cannot retrieve a private card, its moving photo or its recording.

Sounds, music, clips and artwork that come with the app are credited in Credits, with the licenses that apply to them.

Please see https://paolopv.com/privacypolicyapps for that provider's processing practices. Our privacy-policy location is https://paolopv.com/privacypolicyapps.

Your choices and rights

You control the content you add, optional permissions, whether you record audio, whether you share a card, and which app-managed cards you delete. Privacy rights concerning information held by us depend on applicable law. Contact papelle@paolopv.com to make a request or ask a question. We may need enough information to verify and respond to a request without collecting unrelated information.

This policy does not limit rights you have under applicable law. We do not claim to control information independently held by Apple, a sharing provider, a recipient, or a device-backup provider.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app or our practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Current text remains available in the app and at the published policy location.
